Condition of Moldboard: Other than some wear at both bottom corners, the bottom of the moldboard appears to be in good shape. The moldboard has been refaced with a series of seven plates that run the width of the blade and hard-facing has been applied to it, just above the cutting edges. A debris guard was fabricated and is welded to the top of the blade. Condition of Cutting Edges/Corner Bits: Both corner bits (p/n's: 8E9378 & 8E9379) are worn and could use replacement. The 2 cutting edges (p/n: 4T2315) need to be turned or replaced. Angling Frame: The pin holes for where the angling frame is pinned to the machine have a small amount of wear. All of the other pin holes appear to be in good shape. The angling frame overall appears to be in decent condition. Condition of any Hydraulic Cylinders (Tilt, Angling, etc.): Both of the angling cylinder rods have some small light scratches in them and oil is leaking past the rod wiper seals. The condition of the tilt cylinder is not known. Repairs/Modifications: The moldboard has been refaced and hard-facing applied to it. A debris guard has been added to the blade top. Cracks/Damage: There is a crack in the blade face, just off to the left from the center of it. Some of the vertical bars on the debris guard are bent and some are missing. The debris guard is also broken away from the moldboard on both sides of it.
