Hours &
Benefits:
? Work week is 36.25/hours a week (7.25 hours a day).
? After 90 consecutive days you will qualify for holiday pay for company holidays.
? After working 1470 hours you would qualify for a year-end bonus.
? Pay is up to $24/hr. W-2
? If you start before May 1 2015, you are eligible for a performance and review and potential increase in Jan-May 2016.

To review and analyze warranty labor rate and part reimbursement requests. To track and document progress of requests. Compile data for, and distribution of, routine monthly financial reports.
Duties would include:
? Review and evaluation of labor and part reimbursement request packages
o Follow up with regional personnel for incomplete / incorrect documentation received with requests
o Comprehensively analyze and evaluate each request in entirety
o Sustain absolute attention to detail and accuracy
o Present final outcome of review to Warranty Information Intelligence
? Tracking of labor / parts increase request throughout entire approval workflow
o Maintain / update tracking report
o Archive all dealer files and documentation electronically as required ? in an organized structure
? Filing of labor / parts increase request packages after completion of request
? Compile data for, and create monthly executive Aftersales reports for management
? Compile data for, and create monthly labor and parts reports
? Support Warranty Information Intelligence when compiling information for legal issues involving labor and parts reimbursement disputes
? Support analysis work within section for projects; find, compile & process data to be presented to project lead within section
? Interaction with field personnel, legal department, and other business partners regarding matters pertaining to specific parts and labor topics
? Execute ad-hoc analysis as needed for labor and parts related topics

High School Diploma ? preferred Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of: Strong financial analysis / automotive data analysis
Additional 1-2 years experience in retail or service area for automotive dealerships preferred
Strong Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access,
Very strong Excel Skills
Experience with Ad hoc business intelligence tools and applications such as COGNOS

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
