-Manage the stores resources in order to maximize key results. -Hire, develop, train, coach & motivate the store employee team. -Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage for all shifts. -Control store-operating expenses. -Lead by example in company service standards
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum two (2) years + supervisor/management experience preferably in a retail, entertainment or hospitality industry. -Excellent verbal communication and coaching skills. -Excellent customer service skills. -Sound financial knowledge of profit and loss statements. -Able to multitask in a fast paced environment. -Strong leadership skills. -University or College diploma in business an asset. -Love Movies & Games!
