Team Leader Maintenance Location Logan, UT, US Professional Area Sales Employment Status Full Time Brief Description In this role you will lead the Maintenance function at each plant facility. This includes maintaining and improving the facility and production equipment. You will develop and maintain plant preventive maintenance programs as well as lead projects involving installation, modification, or renovation of current building and equipment. You will work closely with corporate engineers, suppliers, contractors, and plant partners to insure customer needs are met. Detailed Description Duties of the role include: * Contributing and supporting Plant Leadership Team in each of the 5 goal areas. * Leading efforts to upgrade facility for efficiency, safety, and reliability. * Controlling labor cost, hiring, scheduling, and developing of maintenance partners in team oriented environment. * Managing repairs and supplies, parts purchasing, and budgets. * Working with Converting, Sales, and Technical Support partners to justify, design, install, start up and maintain Capital Expense projects. * Assuring compliance with government regulatory agencies (OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPS, NFDA, DNR, and other Federal, State, and Local agencies). Job Requirements We're looking for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will have: * A high school diploma or G.E.D. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance or Engineering Management * Skills: Food processing equipment knowledge, electronics, computers, PLC?s, boiler and refrigeration, general equipment maintenance, preventative and predictive maintenance knowledge. * Desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities
