Position Summary To manage the day-to-day operations and service provision to clients to ensure quality service delivery and client satisfaction (100%). As a key member of the management team, your role will involve managing the total client relationship to achieve customer and companys performance goals. Success in this role calls for excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a specialized knowledge of the staffing industry.

Proven ability to effectively identify organizations needs, and to design and facilitate results-oriented solutions to improve and support business goals. Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with senior leaders within an organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, influence management and leadership and ability to transfer knowledge to build capabilities in HR partners and others. Demonstrated strong work ethic, a bias for action and extra-ordinary dedication to results. Broad business knowledge and experience working across multiple business functions and at the enterprise level. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives. Experience achieving results through people and functions without formal authority Bilingualism (French and English)a MUST
Requirements:
Qualifications: 5+ years experience at the manager level / coordination role Experience hiring, mentoring and coaching employees Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience
MUST BE BILINGUAL, FRENCH & ENGLISH
Assets: Advanced knowledge of the staffing industry, previous management experience in a managed services provider (MSP) organization.
